Organised family documents and reference binder

Structured workshops with a tangible result at the end of each session.

Our approach is specific, contained, and hands-on. No vague frameworks โ€” each session ends with printed materials your household can use from the following week.

โ† Back to Home

What Familare brings to your household.

You leave with something physical

Every session produces a printed output โ€” a prompt deck, binder, folder set, or handbook. These are prepared in advance and tailored during the session.

Small, attended groups

Workshops are capped at eight participants. Facilitators have enough time to attend to each household's specific situation rather than delivering a generic lecture.

Strictly within educational scope

We do not give opinions on legal, financial, or personal household decisions. This clarity keeps sessions focused and appropriate for every family structure.

Central Kuala Lumpur location

Our premises on Jalan Tun Razak are accessible from most areas of the Klang Valley. In-person delivery means families work with real documents, not hypotheticals.

Three clear options

A short session, a half-day workshop, or a multi-session programme โ€” each self-contained with a defined scope and a fixed price. No vague scope or open-ended billing.

Designed to remain useful

The frameworks and templates we use are reviewed regularly to stay relevant. Materials are practical rather than decorative โ€” built to be picked up and reused.

The detail behind each advantage.

Expertise

Facilitators with backgrounds in adult education and document systems

Familare's team combines experience in facilitation, information design, and adult learning. Sessions are not delivered by generalist consultants โ€” the facilitator running your session is the person who designed its materials.

  • Pre-session intake to understand each household's situation
  • Materials designed by document systems specialists
  • Facilitators with training in adult and community education
Process

A session design that produces results during the time you are in the room

Most of the structured work happens in the session itself. Families are not sent home with a long list of tasks โ€” they complete the sorting, labelling, or agenda design on the day, with facilitation support throughout.

  • Pre-prepared materials ready on arrival
  • Working time built into every session format
  • Output reviewed and completed before participants leave
Service

A calm and non-judgmental space for every family that attends

Household matters can feel sensitive. We design sessions to be straightforward and practical, without pressure to share more than is needed for the task at hand. Facilitators are trained to keep the tone steady and professional.

  • Clear scope communicated at the start of every session
  • No opinions on household arrangements or personal decisions
  • Participant information treated with care and discretion
Value

Fixed pricing with all printed materials included

Each service has a single listed price that covers the session and all printed outputs. There are no add-ons, no separate charges for materials, and no ongoing subscription requirements once a session is complete.

  • Family Conversation Session โ€” RM 520 (session + prompt deck + agenda template)
  • Household Reference Workshop โ€” RM 1,500 (session + binder + folder set)
  • Family Records Programme โ€” RM 4,400 (multiple sessions + printed handbook)
Results

Outcomes that are observable and durable

Families leave with a physical object they did not have before โ€” a filled binder, a completed handbook, a set of labelled folders. The outcome of the session is visible and usable from the same week.

  • Completed physical output from every session
  • Reference systems designed for long-term household use
  • Prompt decks and templates that any family member can use independently

Things you will not find at a general organising service.

A printed household handbook as a deliverable

The Family Records Programme ends with a printed handbook the family designs themselves during the programme โ€” a reference document specific to their own household, not a generic template.

Reusable conversation prompt decks

The Family Conversation Session includes a printed prompt card deck the family keeps. These are designed to help households return to structured conversations independently, without needing to book another session.

A labelled folder system built for the household

Participants in the Household Reference Workshop leave with a working folder set labelled to their actual household categories โ€” not a pre-printed generic system they need to adapt themselves.

In-person delivery in Kuala Lumpur

Sessions are delivered in person at our Jalan Tun Razak space. Physical presence means families can bring their actual documents and produce a real, completed output rather than a digital draft that rarely gets implemented.
