What families usually ask before booking.

What is the difference between a session, a workshop, and a programme? +

A session is a short single-family meeting focused on conversation skills. A workshop is a small-group half-day focused on building a household reference binder. The programme is a multi-session engagement spread over several weeks that covers records inventory, labelling, scanning checklists, and a final printed handbook.

Do you offer any opinions on our household arrangements or finances? +

No. Familare is strictly an educational and document-organisation service. We do not advise on legal, financial, or personal household decisions. All content stays within communication skills and reference design.

How many family members should attend? +

For the Family Conversation Session and Family Records Programme, we typically work with two to six family members. The Household Reference Workshop is a small-group format where several households join together — usually four to eight participants.

How long does the Family Records Programme take? +

The programme is paced over several weeks with scheduled sessions at our Kuala Lumpur premises. The exact number of sessions is agreed after an initial discussion, depending on the size and complexity of your household's records.

What does each session price include? +

The Family Conversation Session (RM 520) includes a printed prompt deck and a one-page agenda template. The Household Reference Workshop (RM 1,500) includes a working draft binder and a labelled folder set. The Family Records Programme (RM 4,400) includes all session materials plus a final printed handbook.

Is the service available in Bahasa Malaysia as well? +

Our current workshops are conducted in English. Please contact us to discuss whether a Bahasa Malaysia session can be arranged for a future intake.

Where are sessions held? +

All sessions take place at our space at 11 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. The venue is accessible by public transport and has parking nearby.
